Mid-Atlantic multifamily apartment developer is looking for a Superintendent to oversee the development of high rise mixed use multifamily projects in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic to oversee the construction of multifamily rental luxury apartments in MD/DC/VA area of Mid Rise, Podium and Hi Rise residential apartment construction. The ideal candidate is currently a Superintendent with a luxury, up-scale builder / developer of rental multifamily properties in the Mid Atlantic and 7 to 12 years of on-site multifamily construction experience with strong computer skills using state-of-the-art software Additionally, candidates should know luxury rental construction; wrap style [Texas Wrap] doughnut method apartment construction, wood frame wrapped around concrete and steel garage structure. Other responsibilities include contracting, negotiations, budgeting, scheduling and supervision of all aspects of multifamily apartment home rental construction. Compensation, BOE: range $130-170K+.
